These terms govern use of the Rimuru website and any online order accepted through Rimuru checkout when that service is available. Until checkout is available, product pages and the preview bag are informational and do not create an online order or sales contract.
Website and product information
We aim to present product descriptions, images, fit guidance, availability and pricing accurately. Colours can appear differently across screens. Product availability is not reserved until Rimuru accepts an eligible order. We may correct a genuine description, price, availability or technical error and will give an affected customer the choice to reconfirm at the correct information or cancel the order with a refund of any amount paid.
Orders, prices and payment
When checkout is available, all prices are shown in Thai baht. The order total, delivery charge, any discount and any applicable tax or charge are shown at checkout before payment. Submitting an order is a request to purchase. An order-receipt message confirms that we received the request; a sales contract is formed only when Rimuru accepts the order and payment is confirmed.
We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch where stock is unavailable, payment is not confirmed, delivery is not possible, a material pricing or product error occurred, or we reasonably suspect fraud. If Rimuru cancels an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid using the original payment method unless applicable law requires another method.
Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery is available only to eligible addresses in Thailand. The Shipping & delivery and Returns, exchanges & refunds policies form part of these terms. They explain delivery estimates, intimate-apparel hygiene restrictions, defect claims and refunds. Nothing in those policies or these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable Thai law.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
Use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, misuse content or use the website for unauthorised commercial resale. The Rimuru name, branding, website design, text, product information and original images are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Do not reproduce or use them without permission except where law allows.
Third-party services
The website may link to payment, carrier, social, messaging or marketplace services. Their availability, terms and privacy practices are their own. Where a payment provider or carrier is used to fulfil an accepted order, its applicable service terms may also apply.
Customer accounts
You can sign in or create an account from Account or checkout using an email code or an available Google, Facebook or LINE method. Verify your email to view eligible orders and optionally save your name, phone and one delivery address. Guest checkout remains available. Manage connected sign-in methods and delete your account and saved details from Account. Disconnecting a sign-in method does not delete your account or orders. Account deletion retains order records and their contact and delivery details, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it may be submitted to the competent courts of Thailand. Mandatory consumer-protection and data-protection rights remain unaffected.
Language
These terms and related policies are published in Thai and English. If there is a difference, the Thai version controls to the extent permitted by law.
