Some of our seamless bras and briefs use nylon with spandex. Each fiber has a different role. Check the product page for that style's exact blend.

What nylon and spandex do
Nylon can help the fabric stand up to wear. Spandex adds stretch and helps it return to shape as you move. The fiber names alone do not tell you how a garment will feel.
- Nylon Polyamide
- Can help fabric stand up to wear
- Spandex Elastane
- Adds stretch and helps the fabric return to shape

Laser-cut edges
Some of our seamless styles have a flat, laser-cut edge instead of a folded, sewn hem. Whether the edge shows under clothing depends on the cut, size and fabric worn over it.

Read the blend on the product page
The fiber percentages on a product page or label describe that piece. They do not tell you how soft or stretchy it will feel. The knit and cut matter too. Check the size information for the style you want, since the same blend can fit differently in another shape.
“Nylon” may be listed as “polyamide.” “Spandex” and “elastane” are two names for the same elastic fiber. “Ice Silk” is a descriptive name, not a fiber name. Check the listed composition to see what the garment contains.
Care depends on the garment
Follow the care label on the piece you own when washing and drying it. Read our care guide for help with the symbols.
